- 1 Beet
- 1/8 Watermelon (use more as needed, ripe watermelons produce more juice)
- 3 Large Carrots
- 1 cup Spinach
- 2 Limes, peeled
- 4 sprigs Mint
- 1 inch Ginger
- Wash fresh produce
- Peel ginger, beets, carrots, and limes
- Remove watermelon rind
- Juice the ingredients. If you don’t have a juicer, add the ingredients to a blender and blend together with water. Once blended, strain through a cheesecloth.
