Feeling lazy after a long day in the summer sun? Replenish, refresh, and re-energize with this thirst quenching Watermelon Beet Energy Juice!

Ingredients

  • 1 Beet
  • 1/8 Watermelon (use more as needed, ripe watermelons produce more juice)
  • 3 Large Carrots
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 Limes, peeled
  • 4 sprigs Mint
  • 1 inch Ginger

Instructions

  1. Wash fresh produce
  2. Peel ginger, beets, carrots, and limes
  3. Remove watermelon rind
  4. Juice the ingredients. If you don’t have a juicer, add the ingredients to a blender and blend together with water. Once blended, strain through a cheesecloth.
  5. Enjoy!
