Vegan Tzatziki Sauce

This dairy-free tzatziki is a vegan take on the classic Mediterranean favorite. Fresh, tangy, garlicky goodness. Perfect for dipping or drizzling on any Mediterranean recipe!



  • 2 cups Soy Yogurt (or other vegan yogurt)
  • 1 Cucumber, finely grated and drained
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 5 cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Dill (use 2 tbsp if using dried dill)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


  1. Grate the cucumber using a food processor
  2. Once grated, wrap the cucumber in a paper towel for 15 minutes to absorb excess liquid
  3. While cucumber drains, zest the lemon and remove stems from the fresh dill
  4. Add the ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk together until well combined
  5. Enjoy!
