Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegan Mayo, try this DIY cashew mayo
  • 2 tbsp Dill Pickles, finely chopped (or use relish)
  • 1 tsp Pickle Juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Fresh Dill, finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop dill pickles and fresh dill
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined
