This creamy vegan coleslaw is a summer hit! It’s super easy – done in under 5 minutes and in just 3 simple steps! No dairy, no eggs, totally vegan and totally delicious!

Ingredients
Vegan Coleslaw Dressing
- 1 cup DIY Egg Free Mayo (or use store-bought vegan mayo)
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar (apple cider vinegar also works great)
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Agave Nectar (maple syrup also works great)
- 1 tsp Celery Seeds
- Salt + Pepper, to taste
Vegan Slaw
- 16 oz bag Coleslaw Mix
or
- 1/2 Green Cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 large Carrots, grated
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add all of the dressing ingredients and whisk together until well combined
- Drizzle dressing over the slaw and toss to coat
