This creamy vegan coleslaw is a summer hit! It’s super easy – done in under 5 minutes and in just 3 simple steps! No dairy, no eggs, totally vegan and totally delicious!



Vegan Coleslaw Dressing

  • 1 cup DIY Egg Free Mayo (or use store-bought vegan mayo)
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar (apple cider vinegar also works great)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Agave Nectar (maple syrup also works great)
  • 1 tsp Celery Seeds
  • Salt + Pepper, to taste

Vegan Slaw

  • 16 oz bag Coleslaw Mix 


  • 1/2 Green Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 large Carrots, grated


  1. In a medium bowl, add all of the dressing ingredients and whisk together until well combined
  2. Drizzle dressing over the slaw and toss to coat
  3. Enjoy!
