Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1 cup Medjool Dates (pitted)
- 1/3 cup Raw Cacao Powder
- 1/3 cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- *Optional: 1 scoop Personalized Protein Blend
Instructions
- Steep dates in warm water for 10 minutes
- While dates steep, add the walnuts and almonds to blender or food processor and finely grind
- Add dates and all remaining ingredients to the ground nuts and blend until well combined. You want the mixture to have a doughy consistency
- Roll the ‘dough’ into balls and sprinkle with your favorite toppings
- Enjoy right away for gooey chocolaty goodness or refrigerate to let the balls set
