This Raw Beet Hummus has a classic and addictive hummus flavor but with a vibrant pink hue! Perfect as a dip or spread to add life and color to your dish!



  • 2 15oz cans Chickpeas (keep the liquid)
  • 2 large cloves Garlic
  • 1 large Lemon, juiced (about 1/4 cup of juice)
  • 6 tbsp Tahini
  • 12 Beets (depending on size and desired color/flavor)
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (optional for a smoother texture)


  1. Add the canned chickpeas, including liquid, to a high powered blender or food processor along with the other ingredients
  2. Blend on high until well combined and you have a smooth and creamy texture
  3. If needed, add 2 tbsp of olive oil for a smoother texture
  4. Enjoy!
