This isn’t your average green smoothie! Thanks to the fresh fruit and pineapple it has a sweet tropical flavor with a subtle warming kick from the ginger and turmeric¬† – so unique and refreshing! This smoothie is also packed with anti-inflammatory goodness from the turmeric to the chia seeds to the pineapple.


  • 1.5 cups Pineapple
  • 1.5 cups Spinach
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Pear
  • 2 inches Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Black Pepper (For turmeric bioavailability)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil (For turmeric bioavailability)


  1. Peel ginger and remove the cores, stems, and seeds from the apple, pear, and pineapple
  2. Add spinach and almond milk to the blender and blend until well combined
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend to desired consistency
  4. Enjoy!


  1. Use at least 1 frozen fruit or a handful of ice for a creamy and cold smoothie
