Peanut butter bliss balls are an energizing, protein packed, superfood dessert! Completely vegan and gluten-free!
Alright so I officially love bliss balls. There’s just an endless amount of delicious flavor combos to try and they’re so easy to make! I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of them.

They’re also super healthy (for a dessert) and there’s no baking required! They’re ready to eat in less than 15 minutes.
These peanut butter bliss balls are particularly healthy. I packed them with superfoods like raw cacao, maca powder, flaxseeds, and chia seeds.
And you just can’t go wrong with that addictingly good peanut butter chocolate flavor!
What makes peanut butter bliss balls great?
These bliss balls are made entirely out of raw, whole food ingredients and they are sweetened naturally with no added sugar!
They are also exceptionally high in protein and fiber thanks to ingredients like the flaxseeds and chia seeds. They have close to 11g of protein and 8g of fiber per serving!
I also added maca powder for its nutty flavor. Maca powder is an adaptogen superfood that I love to add to smoothies and is great for balancing hormones.
And of course we can’t forget about the raw cacao powder. This chocolatey superfood has tons of amazing health benefits.

How To Make
Peanut Butter BLiss Balls
Pit 3/4 cup of Medjool Dates (about 8 dates). Steep the dates in warm water for about 10 minutes.
Steeping the dates helps bring out their rich caramel flavor!
While dates steep, add the almond flour, oats, half the shredded coconut (save the other half for topping), cacao powder, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and maca powder to a food processor.
Pulse until everything is broken down finely and is well combined.
Once dates have finished steeping, add the peanut butter, dates, coconut oil, and maple syrup to the food processor with the dry mixture.
Pulse everything in the food processor until you reach a slightly sticky dough consistency.
If the dough is too dry and crumbly, add 1-2 tbsp of water as needed.
Scoop the dough into 1-2 tbsp sized pieces and roll into balls using your hands. Roll the balls through the remaining shredded coconut or a topping of your choice.
If you are having trouble getting toppings to stick, quickly dip the balls into a bowl of water before rolling.
The chocolate peanut butter flavor of these superfood balls might just be my favorite bliss ball combination yet!
A guilt-free dessert that tastes this good should be illegal.
You’ll never need a fattening peanut butter cup to satisfy your peanut butter chocolate cravings again!
