Matcha overnight oats are a creamy, filling, and nutritious breakfast packed with protein and fiber. Super easy, made with just 8 ingredients and ready in 5 minutes!

Ingredients

Matcha Overnight Oats:

  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 tsp Agave NectarĀ (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Toppings (optional):

  • 1/2 cup Fresh FruitĀ (I like berries)
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut

Instructions

  1. Mash 1/2 of a banana in a large bowl until soft and creamy.
  2. Add all ingredients to bowl with the mashed banana and stir until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 4+ hours or overnight.
  4. Top with fresh fruit or your toppings of choice and enjoy!
