Ingredients
Matcha Overnight Oats:
- 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 2/3 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1 tsp Agave Nectar (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Toppings (optional):
- 1/2 cup Fresh Fruit (I like berries)
- 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
Instructions
- Mash 1/2 of a banana in a large bowl until soft and creamy.
- Add all ingredients to bowl with the mashed banana and stir until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4+ hours or overnight.
- Top with fresh fruit or your toppings of choice and enjoy!
