This refreshing and tropical green smoothie packs a nutritious punch thanks to the matcha, kale, and spinach. The matcha provides a jitter/crash free energy boost that makes this the perfect smoothie to start your day.



  • 1 cup Kale (about a handful)
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 3/4 cup Mango
  • 3/4 cup Pineapple
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 2 tbsp Matcha Powder


  1. Add Kale, Spinach, and Coconut Water to blender
  2. Blend until Kale and Spinach are finely shredded
  3. Add Mango, Pineapple, Frozen Banana, and Matcha Powder
  4. Blend until desired consistency
  5. Enjoy!
